General Cookery Classes
Expand your culinary talent by learning professional techniques to create inspiring and fulfilling signature dishes based upon the `Head Chef's featured dish of the day, as per specific class description.
In the class, the elements of the dish will be simply explained and demonstrated by your Head Chef. This is a hands on class, so you will have your own cooking station to follow the chefs 'step by step' demonstrations and produce your own expertly guided cuisine.
After the class you're invited to our kitchen view dining area, where you can enjoy your culinary creation alongside your fellow attendees with a social group sit down dinner.

Advanced Cookery Courses & Classes
These are Master Classes in complex and skilled specialist cookery techniques held by an invited Master Chef who will demonstrate and instruct the procedures required to create the featured 'dish of the day', as per specific class description.

Patisserie & Confectionery Courses & Classes
With a specialist Pastry Chef.
The Confectionary Chef will share and teach you specialist skills to produce 'show stopping' sweet treats to share with others.

FAQ
1. Can a total beginner attend classes?
The classes are conducted with a simple step by step process for all and any levels of culinary expertise.
2. Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself and a container to take your produce home with you. All PPE, equipment and food stuffs are supplied for each lesson.
4. Is there Parking?
Mon- Fri, 9-5, are busy times for the surrounding estate. Parking is available on the road way prior to the Laneway through these times. Outside these times parking in the actual Laneway is available.
