0Introduction Classes

For those interested in hands on learning in a commercial kitchen environment, with a relaxed introduction to the world of Professional Chefing.
You will be shown how a commercial kitchen operates to produce high levels of quality produce, in a safety conscious environment, for the supply of food product to the general public.
In the classes these production elements will be explained and demonstrated by your Head Chef. You will have your own cooking station to follow the step by step demonstrations to produce your own expertly guided 'dish of the day'.
The end of class is held in our kitchen view dining area where you can enjoy your cooked produce alongside your fellow participants with a social group sit down meal.

Food Industry Training Course
This a practical Industry Course with a 'hands on' training experience. In this course you will learn the basic principles of how to commercially produce food to serve to the general public. This incorporates learning how industry H&S (Health and Safety) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) work, as per standard kitchen operating procedures. You will also gain kitchen orientation & experience, equipment orientation & operation, food preparation and storage, knife work and basic techniques.
You will have your own cooking
station to follow the Head Chefs step by step demonstrations and produce
your own expertly guided dish of the day.
The end of class is held in our kitchen view dining area where you can enjoy your cooked produce alongside your fellow trainee chefs with a social group sit down meal.
This course earns a certificate of 'FIT' course completion alongside certification for HACCP level 1&2, and kitchen H&S for entry into the industry as a Trainee Commis Chef or KP.

Food Entrepreneurs Course (Coming Soon)

This course is available to either suitably experienced persons with HACCP or those that have completed the food industry training course.
These are professionally ran practical Industry Classes for those interested in experiencing how to become a Food Industry Entrepreneur.
In this course you will be taken through the developmental steps to create your very own Food Business including a certificate of course completion.

Food Business Operator Course & Sessions
In these sessions a professional Chef and food industry Consultant will help you with your recipe's and business goals, to create an effective and efficient production and set up within FSAI guidelines and HACCP principles. Giving the necessary tools and training to run a successful and professional Food Business Operation.
This course supplies specific Business Planning alongside the necessary HAACP 3 Certification and Food Safety Manual required to operate a food business.
